British subject now living in France, just outside Paris.
Until he was ten years old, he lived in South West England before moving further down south, to Spain where he lived most of his youth. After Spain, he spent two years in Casablanca, Morocco, inspired by the beautiful colours that fuelled the colouring of his canvases.
He first became interested in drawing and painting when he was nine, and has been captivated by this wonderful way of expression ever since.
When Nigel was in his teens, he studied art at the Bellas Artes de San Fernando, Madrid. He also studied art in Barcelona in Las Artes Aplicados.
He has exhibited in North America, Spain, France and England, and has around three exhibitions a year.
